At VOGRACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VOGRACE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
